Deposits
All deposits to your ph11 account must be made using payment methods accepted by ph11, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph11 does not accept deposits made using funds that are not legitimately owned by the account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph11 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ph11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph11 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
